Human Services Resources

HSTAC has developed a range of innovative learning resources to support the delivery of vocational education and training in the human services. Some of the resources are paper based and others have been developed as multi-media products depending on the needs of the clients.

Livin' in a house

The Livin’ in a House song and concept grew out of collaboration between Human Services Training Advisory Council, Skinnyfish Music and George Rrurrambu.
The purpose of the song is to support Indigenous Environmental Health Workers who do important work in remote Aboriginal communities. The work is closely associated with the challenge of living in a new house, including understanding how everything works, and managing the living arrangement on a day to day basis.
