Bridging the Cultural Divide Seminar: Working Successfully with Indigenous Communities Two seminars have been scheduled for Nhulunbuy on the following dates:

Public Workshops - Employee Assistance Service Australia (EASA NT) Managing Change in the Workplace EASA will run this public workshop aimed at Managers and HR Personnel in Darwin on Thursday, 18 September from 8.30am - 4.00pm. Coaching and Mentoring EASA presents its Coaching and Mentoring workshop in Darwin on Tuesday 30 September from 8.30am - 4.00pm. The workshop will give participants a better understanding of human nature and learning principles and will enable you to set up and manage a mentoring relationship, as well as improve staff performance, motivation and leadership skills. Reframing the Future ENcircles update As reported in last month's Humbytes, Human Services Training Advisory Council is running a series of two Enrolled Nursing forums. The first ENcircle was held on Friday 29 August, with a second one set for this Friday 19 September. The project scope is to realise a sustainable model for Enrolled Nursing in the NT. Eight personnel from Registered Training Organisations, along with a practising Enrolled Nurse from the Royal Darwin Hospital, as well as a Guest Speaker from the Royal Adelaide Hospital attended. The day was facilitated by HSTACs Executive Officer, Barbara Pitman, and Operations Manager, Marilyn Harris. The second and final ENcircle will be held this Friday 19 September, and outcomes of the project will be communicated through Humbytes at a later date.
