Induction ChecklistIt is up to each organisation to decide how much newly recruited workers need to know. The Learning Programs in Get Set provide opportunities to deliver a great deal of information. However, they may not cover everything new workers need to know to be properly inducted into your organisation's workplace. The Get Set Checklist is a list of items you may wish to cover during induction. As you become more familiar with Learning Programs and topics, you will see opportunities to fit in items from the checklist Or you may wish to cover some items outside the Learning Programs. Some organisations have their own induction checklists, including a process where inductees and/or supervisors sign off when relevant information has been provided.
