Assessee information

Introduction

This information is designed to help assessees to prepare for and participate in assessments. It may also be useful to assessors and other workplace personnel involved in assessment.

Here, you'll find some information designed to help you decide whether assessment is right for you. This is followed by information about the roles of other people in assessment, and how qualifications, units of competency and evidence fit into assessment. Then you can read about the different types of evidence you can use to demonstrate your skills.

If you need help in understanding any of the information in this guide, you are welcome to contact the Human Services Training Advisory Council on 08 8981 2550 or email at hstac@hstac.com.au.
