It is a word processing document that you download from the website and open using either Microsoft Word or another word processing software program. There is also a blank form for assessment plus instructions on how to complete it for a unit of competency.

Example of a children's services qualification credential. This is what an assessee receives after being assessed as competent in all the units of competency required for the qualification. Qualifications are issued by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
