Human Services Career Advice
Human Services Training Advisory Council (HSTAC) provides advice to government and industry about careers in human services, which includes health, community services, local government and corrections.
Advice is provided through the HSTAC Council and Executive Committee, local and regional forums, interaction with the education sector including presentations and one to one exchange with schools registered training organisations and employers.
A major vehicle for careers information is involvement in the annual NT Department of Education and Training Careers Expo. Expos are held in Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine, Tennant Creek, and Nhulunbuy.
